About Founder
Reginald Ugochukwu Nwamara is the visionary Founder of Eagle’s Prime Academy, a dedicated education consulting firm committed to empowering African students to achieve their dreams of studying in the United States. With a passion for education and a deep understanding of its transformative power, Reginald has devoted his career to creating pathways for students to access world-class opportunities abroad.
A Nigerian-American, born and raised in Nigeria, Reginald’s journey is a testament to perseverance and ambition. As a scholarship recipient himself, he experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of quality education. This inspired him to establish Eagle Prime Academy, where he has been guiding and mentoring young Africans in navigating the complexities of university admissions and scholarship applications.
Reginald brings a wealth of experience in international education: He holds a diverse educational background, including a master’s degree in information technology and information Systems Management from Central Michigan University, USA, a Bachelor of Philosophy in Political Philosophy from Urban University Rome, Italy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Public Relations from Imo State University, Owerri, Nigeria. He also possesses professional certificates in Information Technology Analysis and Data Analysis from Springboard Institute, Maryland, USA. He is highly skilled in Business growth, Public Relations, Advertising, and Strategic Management. His interest in the field of Technology has led to him honing his skills as a IT specialist; he holds the Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified Business Associate credentials (SAP), as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
Beyond his professional work, Reginald is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and community development. He believes in the power of education to not only transform individuals but also to uplift entire communities. Having worked with students from diverse backgrounds and partnering with institutions across the globe. His commitment to excellence, personalized mentorship, and deep cultural insight have helped countless students gain admission to top U.S. universities and secure scholarships to support their academic journeys.
